I figured it out. It's because Toxic and PoiZone are demos, even with the full version of FL Studio. You can get a lot of the same sounds by playing around with Sytrus though. No static. Thanks for the review!

I use a variety of VSTis with custom equalizing (of course!) I would archive it but the soundfiles I draw from are very large (5+ gigs) :D Plus, I spent good money on them haha. Thanks for the review, I'm working on some FL tutorials that I'll PM you once they are done that use included FL7 resources.
